WBC 2022
After a postponement in 2020, the 2022 competition was highly anticipated by the 13 competing teams, with the addition of Canada, Iceland, Portugal and Wales marking another big step forward in the event. Hosted on American ground for the first time in Sacramento, California at the iconic Golden 1 Center, Germany was awarded the coveted Friedr. Dick Golden Knife Trophy, with Australia bringing home the silver and New Zealand awarded gold.
