World Butchers Challenge: $15,000 AUD per team
World Champion Young Butcher: $2,000 AUD per individual
World Champion Butcher Apprentice: $2,000 AUD per individual
World’s Best Sausage Competition: $500 AUD per individual category entry

Entry deposits are due by 31 July 2026 and entry is only confirmed once the initial deposit has been received

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

To confirm your place in the 2028 World Butchers’ Challenge, entry fees are payable in three instalments across the lead-up to the event.

  • 25% deposit due by 31 July 2026

  • 50% instalment due by December 31 2026

  • Final 25% balance due by 31 July 2027

Places across all categories are strictly limited to ensure a high-quality, world-class competition. We encourage early application to secure your position, as entries will close once capacity is reached.
