The World Butchers’ Challenge reserves the right to decline, defer or waitlist an entry if eligibility, capacity, payment, category or other entry requirements are not met.

Final places will be confirmed by the World Butchers’ Challenge based on eligibility, category capacity and the applicable entry process.

Refunds, if applicable, will be assessed by the World Butchers’ Challenge based on the timing of withdrawal, costs already committed, administrative work undertaken and the ability to fill the place with another eligible entrant.

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing:

Deposits are non-refundable once an entry has been accepted.
Payments made may be retained to cover administration, planning, event delivery or committed costs.
