Off the back of the first Winning Cuts eBook, join us as we dive into lamb – sharing ideas, discussing featured recipes, and chatting about what’s working (or not) in the shop.

We’re kicking things off in this member only recipe exchange club with a spotlight recipe from our first guest contributor, Nick Thompson of Marrow Butchery, NZ. He’ll share one of his latest creations, with notes for everyone to take away, try in-store, and report back next month.
