Luke is a highly regarded butcher based in South Australia and a proud member of the Makani Australian Butcher Team. Known for his precision, creativity, and leadership, Luke has competed in the last three WBC, leading his team to 2nd and 3rd place as Captain in Sacramento and Paris, respectively.

Off the block, he’s passionate about raising the profile of the trade and mentoring the next generation of Australian butchers. He is also well versed in media communication and hosts his own podcast, The Meat Up.
