World Champion Young Butcher: $2,000 AUD per individual
World Champion Butcher Apprentice: $2,000 AUD per individual
World’s Best Sausage Competition: $500 AUD per individual category entry
Entry deposits are due by 31 July 2026 and entry is only confirmed once the initial deposit has been received -
To confirm your place in the 2028 World Butchers’ Challenge, entry fees are payable in three instalments across the lead-up to the event.
25% deposit due by 31 July 2026
50% instalment due by December 31 2026
Final 25% balance due by 31 July 2027
